Has Trump dramatically changed US approach to the Paris Agreement? It seems not to be the case.

President Obama decided to enter into the Paris climate accord without Senate ratification, thereby avoiding a clash with the Congress over harshly disputed policies.

In this respect, President Trump’s position does not represent a significant discontinuity between the old and the new administration, claims Corrado Clini, Former Minister for the Environment of Italy, in his editorial published by Italian economic newspaper Italia Oggi today:
